This is just around the 1990's/early 2000's.
this is also a reference to a joke I made on my tumblr a month or so ago. I said that if we continued looking through Snippy's genetic memory, I was sure we'd come across a certain Texan cartoon character who loves propane... So I drew Snippy in that style.
